Products and ingredients

Can you make our recipe?

Yes. We cook customer recipes, and we're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share yours. How it works.

Do you make organic caramel and toffee?

Yes, to order. We're certified organic by the Soil Association. Quality and technical.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

They're suitable for vegetarians. They aren't vegan, because they all contain milk.

What allergens do your products contain?

All our products contain milk. Each product specification lists the allergens in that recipe.

Not as standard. Our caramels soften at oven temperatures, as they're made for chocolate and confectionery. If you need one for baking, tell us what it has to do and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it to your recipe.

How do I get a quote?

Contact us with the product, how you'll use it and roughly how much you need. We'll reply with questions or a straight answer.
