Our natural tray fudge is cooked in the same open pans as our caramels and toffees, flavoured with vanilla extract and poured to set firm.
We supply it to an ingredients distributor for the chocolate makers they serve. Butter fudge and other fudge recipes can be made to order.

Yes. Like all our products it contains milk, so it is not vegan.
